McDonald & Ross Const. Ltd. was awarded the contract by the City of Abbotsford for the Abbotsford Airport (YXX)/Mt. Lehman Road and Liberator Avenue Upgrades. The project included 2100 l.m. of roadway widening and rain gardens; 460 l.m. of new concrete curb and 170 l.m. of concrete and asphalt walk; roadway lighting; landscaping features including the construction of a "feature wall" with concrete pad for the "Voodoo" jet and monument as well as planting of shrubs and placement of large boulders and project logs and site restoration activities. to see pictures of the "Voodoo" being moved
